Let me introduce to you to the latest addition to ic Photography's line of custom, fine art photography
What is an EVERYDAY session? Well the best way I can describe it is... it's a "day in the life". A session that you will hold dear to your heart because you will forever remember what your life was like "back then".
As a photographer, my kids have endless amounts of photos of them. My husband too. Some from my camera, but a lot on my phone. But, aside from the occasional "selfie", there are no photos of me with my family that I didn't take with a timer, or one that my friend snaps after setting it up for her. There are no photos of me snuggling with my kids. No photos of me teaching them, or talking to them. THAT is what I want to remember. THAT is what I want my kids to remember. I want them to be able to see when they are grown, the look on my face as I listened to them tell me a story. I want them to see how much I loved them. Because you can only remember so much. If you're like me, I can't remember what my boys did this morning, let alone what they did 2 years ago ;)
I tear up thinking that my kids are not going to remember what I looked like when I stayed at home with them every single day until they went to school. Not that I'm vein.... but I want to remember when I'm 90 what I looked like cuddled up on the couch with my babies. I think a lot of families are like mine. You probably take a lot of photos on your phone everyday, even on your DSLR's if you have one. But you need to be remembered too ;)
This is seriously my absolute favorite session I've ever done. It's natural. It's real. and it's complete.
PS...if your hubby wants to wear a hat for pics because he wears one everyday of his life, then let him darn it!
Michelle is one amazing Mama...she has 4 kids, and she homeschools them all.
THIS.... I can't even handle the perfection of this. That baby is in heaven right now. In his Mama's arms.
I'm a mom and a wife who loves to play with a camera...how can life be any better?
