Today is the 4 year anniversary of Jackson taking his first steps. And yes I remember this because 1. April 1st is my favorite day of the year & 2. I have pics to prove it...go figure right? In 60 days, Jackson will be 5 years old and I'm taking it worse than I did when I turned 30. He will officially be a big boy and no longer a toddler, he will graduate from preschool and start kindergarten. Next thing I know he'll be sneaking out of the house and wanting a car. I wish I could have his BABY years back and hugged and kissed him more(if that's possible), taken more pictures of him(if that's possible), and spent more time enjoying his BABY time instead of wanting him to crawl, walk, and talk. I cherish those moments, but which I could have them back to do over again at the same time.
Ok..maybe getting a little ahead of myself but it seems like it's just going way too fast. But one thing's for sure. He's one funny little kid and even though he sometimes tells me I'm not his friend anymore, or tapes his whole stomach with scotch tape, he will always be my one and only little baby.
I'm a mom and a wife who loves to play with a camera...how can life be any better?
